Hi, does anyone know what the waiting times/lists are like for NT scans at North Shore city hospital? I have to go for one within 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them yet. Should I be concerned and get a private appointment or are they generally ok?

I don't know about the hospital but the scan place across from it generally only needs a week's notice.
I would be chasing as if you go after 13 weeks I think they can't get the proper readings they need as baby is too far along. (but I could be wrong there) Also last pregnancy NSH lost my booking form and I didn't get confirmation of being 'on their books' until my MW chased them at about 30 weeks. -------------

I had to have quite a few scans towards the end of my pregnancy at NSH and I far preferred them to Insight which is across the road. They were really friendly and didn't rush but this may have been because it was an 'at risk' pregnancy? Not sure about the waiting time though, my scans were always booked about 2 weeks in advance and I never had a problem. -------------
