Hi ladies,

This may sound silly, but I was wondering if there are any herbal teas that I can or can't have???

I have some red seal, healtheries and twinings teas in my drawer at work and havn't had one since before being preg as I'm sure I had read somewhere that I can't have certain ones.

The red seal flavour i have is Chai Tea, and everytime I open my drawer I can smell it and it's calling me to drink it lol

I think the Chai tea would be fine.

There are a lot of ones where it says on the side of the box 'we recommend no more than 1 cup during pregnancy' so those ones I tend to drink - chammomile and ginger etc.

The one you definitely need to avoid is the rasberry leaf tea until third trimester.
