Whos who? Do you find your sleeping is all over the place? I never manage to get to bed at the same time for one or another reason.I should try tho. I tend to be later than earlier! But I could just as easily go to be at 9 and sleep til 7!!

How many hours do you all function on?

I generally don't need a lot of sleep and go to bed around 10:30 - 11:00 pm most nights and get up at 6:30 am in the mornings but on weekends I sleep in till around 9:00 am but that could change over the next couple of months

I sleep all night from about 7pm at the latest til whenever I get up in the morning- normally around the 6am mark. Then go back to bed around 10am and dont get up or out til about 2-3pm... Talk about slack and boring haha. If theres something I need to do or somewhere I need to go- I get up and do it. Funny thing is though- still feel tired haha.

Normally I'm in bed around 10:30pm, and up just after 7am... but the last few nights I've been in bed by 8:30pm. I still have to get up just after 7 though, because I have a boy to dress and a girl to get ready for school and a husband to organise for work.

We are so not earlybirds in our house!! I go to bed at around midnight most nights and get up with Ella at 8.30. Now that I'm preggy I'll often have a nap with her in the middle of the day too. I loooove my bed!

I'm not a morning person at all. Especially in this horrible weather. I tend to go to bed about 9pm these days and watch some tv before going to sleep as baby is in a routine of waking up and kicking at 9:30pm EVERY night, then I find I wake up at about 7:30am but stay in bed for a little while cos its too cold to get out!! haha

I remember not long ago I couldn't keep my eyes open after 8pm!!

Ooh, wonder how these sleeping habbits will change over the next month? :)

I usually am more than ready to crash at 8.30pm, but usually watch TV till 9.30pm then go to bed, with my wheat bag for the back discomfort I get as soon as I lie down! Hubby gets up for wk just before 6am,..and I usually dont even hear him go. Usually up by 8am,...but today was 9.30am, but I was awake a lot with a headache in the night.

I'm a night owl - I could quite happily stay awake until 2 or 3 in the morning as long as I get some sleep between 6.30 and 8.30am. Unfortunately everyone else in the house is a morning person (weirdos) so I have had their sleeping habits inflicted upon me and now end up going to bed around 10 - 11ish and get up at about 7.30am to the irritating chirping of a bouncing, morning husband. I am starting to feel the need for an afternoon nap, though I might try iron tablets to see if that clears up or whether it is a genuine sleep need thing.

I have been waking up earlier and earlier. This morning it was 4.30am but usually is 6ish, I try to force myself to stay in bed till 7am on the weekends. I havent been going to bed any earlier than I used to (about 10.30) so Im starting to feel a bit tired.

I have been lucky though, I have not needed to get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.

I've read that we have less sleep toward the end due to the extra endorphins (sp) and as training for when the baby comes.

I was just thinking today taht maybe I am not gettign enough sleep cos the last two days I could just fall asleep on my desk I feel aweful!
I usually go to sleep at 10.30 after watching som etv for a while, and wake up at 7.30 - that seems like enough sleep? But I am totally knackered!
I am finding it harder and harder to get out of bed these days too - waking up is has not been easy lately!

hubby and I are such bed people, before Kobe we used to stay in bed all day during the weekend and he starts work at 12pm so didnt get up till late. These days I go to be anywhere from 8pm onwards cos Im so knackered and hubby works late so I figure there is no point heating the whole house when I could just heat my room. I take the laptop to bed and also watch tv. these days Im often up again around 10 or 11pm cos I cant sleep so sit up with hubby till around 1 or 2m. Kobe wakes between 6.30 and 7am but has a bottle in bed ) (we fight to see who has to get up and get it for himwhich gives us another half hour to heat the lounge up before we have to get up. if we had the opportunity I dont think we would get out of bed till lunch time

I go to bed around 10-11pm and wake up with my lovely walking alarm clock around 7am. Though she has been sleeping until 7.30am lately... never thought an extra 1/2 hour could make such a difference - it is wonderful!
In saying that tho, the days she sleeps in are usually the ones where I have had to take her back to her own room (after my midnight visits) abiout 3 or 4 times.
