mila got her second allergy test done last week and her ige level used to be 9544 and her new one is 2256 so i got my hopes and thought yay she must have droped one of her alergys but the other half of the test came back saying that shes sill alergic to everything =( but the number have droped alot so im hoping that by the time her next test she wont be alergic anymore

this was her results

                  used to be.                      now

egg                      100                  100

wheat                      78.8               27.4

cows milk                 62.1                 11.8

soy bean                  22.4                 10.6

peanut                     17.6                 7.48


so its a huge improvement just a litte upset that i wont be giving my baby ice cream in the summer =(

It is great, don't lose hope. Mostly they out grow them at age 3-5, but she may be quicker than that based on those results.

Some have dropped significantly - that's great! And sorbet is just as yum as icecream.  So is her excema from having those allergies?  We know that Jett is allergic to egg, but I have to take him to get some blood tests as his excema is really bad so I want to see if he's allergic to any other foods that upsets his excema.

 

The poor girl does have a lot of allergies though, doesn't she.  Poor thing, and poor you having to manage it.  It's very tiring huh.

yeah she gets really bed excema if she eats thoes foods i cant find any sorbets thats shes aloud the ones i find have milk of wheat in them!!!


her next test is in feb. just gotta keep my hopes up and keep up at feeding her the right foods

Oh really?  Sorbet has milk or wheat in it?  I didn't know that.  Here I am thinking I'm giving Jett a dairy free icecream.  I'm sure there is sorbet that is just made out of fruit?

Sorbet shouldnt have dairy in it!
we use to make it at the hotel and never once added dairy!
