Hi girls,

I'm just going over a checklist of clothes (Baby factory one) and just not sure if I have the right idea for names of stuff.

It says:
6 x vests
6 x stretch and grows
4 x body suits
2 x sleepsuits

Now I think I would have used to say vests just cover to the hips and are sleeveless, and bodysuits and the ones that snap up under their bums (either singlet/cap sleeve or long sleeve), but then someone called those singlets so is a body suit something else?

What is the difference between a stretch and grow and a sleep suit? I think I assumed they were the same thing and the full sleeved and legged type outfit or even the same as what I described above as a body suit. Or is a sleepsuit like the dress type thing that has a opening at the feet?

You have the vest and the body suit right.

A stretch and grow is an all in one thing with feet etc, at least that's what i always call it.   Some sleep suits may be like this, some might not have any feet but a tie up or sleeping bag type end i guess.

Vests imo are either a singlet or a little t-shirt that stops at the hip.

Body suits shortsleeve or long sleeve that snap under the bum

stretch and grows are the all in ones with our with out the feet.

Sleep suits are ULTRA handy and can either do up the front or pull down over the head, they have a tie or elastic round the bottom not feet like a sleeping bag of sorts
