Any ideas - other than chicken or (nuggets) or sausages ... and how do you flavor mince?

For mince, I grate veggies, add a tin of chopped tomatoes,. tomato paste, and some beef stock and let it simmer.

How about fresh fish? If you wrap it in foil and put it in the oven at 230degrees it will cook in about 10 minutes and come out sooooo tender.
