I was just wondering if anyone else gets this and if i should do something... for a while now i have been getting numbness in my left hand (more my last 2 fingers), kinda up my arm and sometimes down my left side, hip area(i have thick skin there and can stab myself with my sharp fingernails when its numb and not even feel it??) It feels tingly at times like pins and needles. Now its only ever happend on the left side for some reason so im doubting that its got something to do with baby position?? I was prone to carpel tunnel when i was pregnant. combo of the nature of my job and blood flow when pregnant. I don't get much numbness but I do get alot of cramping. Maybe it could be that you are laying alot more on your left side? I'm not sure... just suggesting that. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I got numbness followed by pins and needles as the sensation came back in my legs and arms - just one at a time if I remember correctly. My midwife said it's one of the joys of pregnancy - something to do with nerves being squashed or pinched from how I was resting on them. ------------- Andie |

I just thought id let you all know that after not being so well lately i ended up at the doctors, to cut a long story short i told her about the numbness and she told me i have carpel tunnel. Just another fun thing pregnancy has for me! ------------- httpw.snu://wwgglepie.com">
