Does anyone know of any good vege pie recipes?
I'm kinda a fuss pot really, I don't do mushroom or pumpkin so I find it hard to find recipes for pies that don't have this as a main ingredient. It sucks.
I have one where its mainly potato but it has loads of craem in it which isn't very good when you are trying to loose weight.

Can you change the mushroom/pumpkin for like kumara or something? I don't have any recipes sorry hun but thats what I do when I run out of something and need to sub.
As for your potato pie recipe you could sub the cream with lowfat cottage cheese, creamed in a blender then mixed with lowfat yoghurt. Thin it out with abit of lowfat milk and voila

I made one last night.
I just used roasted eggplant, onion, capsicum, courgette, and carrot, as well as sundried tomato, mixed herbs and some cheese as a filling. Was going to use feta but it had gone off . It was really yummy, I served it with sweet chilli sauce.
