This is a 2 part question-
I have 8 or so ittibittis and they last all of a few hours, how many do I realistically need to go all cloth, If I was to do a nappy wash every day/ every second day?
Next question -
My baby seems to get sweaty in the ittis, do others have this problem? is it a big issue in summer? I don't want to buy more coming into summer to find that she gets too hot in them.
TIA !

that is one of the reason i dont use ittis... they made my baby too hot and i think it contributed to a nappy rash problem. they are just not a breathable nappy.
i think 12 is a good number of nappies, but i think you would have to wash every day with that amount to keep on top of it!

i use pockets mostly now... or fitteds with PUL covers. most of my pockets are fuzzi bunz, honey child or wigglebums.

why do you think they got hotter Bizzy? It doesnt make sense that they should get hotter than pockets. (I am not saying you are wrong....just curious as to your thoughts on the differences).
We have 15 ittis between 2 boys. ITs ok if I wash ever day but if I dont we end up needing sposies on the third day.
I dont think they are the be all and end all of nappies....I do like the trimness of them and like unsnapping rather than pulling out wet inserts.
