We do yoghurt or fruit and then a selection of finger foods - small sandwiches, mandarin segments, prunes, crackers, fruit muesli bars, cruskits, arrowroot biscuits - just whatever I can find laying around. hi there
we usually have anything from spaghetti mixed with veges little blocks of cheese pieces of fuit (finger foods)... pieces of sausages cooked the night before...my son loves these! ..... homemade chicken nuggets...for when bubs is a little older. tuna pasta bake..mashed up a bit more, depends what stage your 8 month is at with chewing |

have you seen the Watties finger food guide? They have it at Plunket and most doctors offices - I found quite a few ideas on it that I hadn't thought of  .
