When it's in double mode, newborn lying flat and toddler n top, Can you pull the sunshade dover the toodler? and if not can you not put the double covers on when it's like that too. Another question. Is the much point in buying single covers when I get my buggy or should I just go straight to double covers, even though I'll only be using buggy as single until baby is born. Hoping to get buggy in Oct/Nov. Not sure whether I'm going for Dash or Sport. We went straight to double covers to save money.
In nb/toddler mode you can use a single cover, the double just has a long bit at the back to cover the toddler at the back. ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone! i dont know about fitting the covers over it when its in newborn/toddler mode because we havent tried that yet.
However we bought ours a few months ago when we found out we were pregnant and just got the double covers. Both rain and sun one work fine when the buggy is in single mode. |

Sarah good point I only thought about the pram part. The Vibe came with a plastic thingey that you attach to the hood that blocked out rain, although I doubt it covers that far down (im not sure we have never used it as we went straight to the double covers).
Surely the single covers cover that back part somehow, otherwise you wouldnt be able to keep the newborn dry. 
The double is loose at the back if the toddler seat is not attached on the back, I thought (but im not sure) that the single would be designed to be a snug fit and wouldnt be as wide fitting (IYKWIM) ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone! Yes you can put the cover over the toddler when its got the newborn underneath. I only had a double cover and its fits fine even with just one child in the pushchair so I don't think it would be necessary to buy singles. ------------- www.ezpzbaby.co.nz |

I've only tried it once with a friend's baby, but yes you can put the dble cover on with the baby lying down and the toddler on top.
