I'm not sure how long it will keep for made up.... actually i seem to remember it either gets really thick or really watery... i think it was really thick.
When out and about, I used to take a little avent container (originally for breastmilk) with the exact right about of cold boiled water in it (I would measure with a medicine dropper). Then all I needed to do was rip open the sachet and put the powder in with the water - I'd put the lid back on the container and shake it to mix. Then would give it to him using a medicine dropper.
