when not pregnant i have a weird tummy at the best of times but three times now i have woken and felt like (sorry this is wayyyyyyyy TMI) there is a bowel blockage and had to get up to go.. its not diarrhea but kinda loose..

i know its normal to have constipation but is it normal to have it go more the other way? it does seem to be after i have eaten junk food?

That kind of sounds like what I had, would feel all blocked up and constipated and when I did go it was quite loose.

I am sure its normal

Four_eyes - it is quite normal to be 'loose'. I have had a similar problem, and did some Dr googling - it seems the 'looseness' is caused by the increasing hormone levels that we are having. The only word of warning its that you need to keep your fluids up otherwise you end up constipated all over again.
