The white spots might just be milk spots.
But yes they can teeth that young, some babies are even born with teeth.
You can get some good teethers that she might like to have a go at and there are some homeopathic teething liquids and sprays you could give a try as well.

Yeah milk spots do look more like pimples. If it's quite a big white area then quite possible it's a tooth, it might not come through yet though as they can move up and down a bit first and sometimes they can come through and then go back in the gum.
Kyle cut one at 5 weeks at the back of his mouth but it disappeared again a few days later and then when he cut his next tooth it was at the front and not until 6 months.

Anthea apparently I cried every night from 6wks and no one knew what it was until I cut my first tooth at 12wks. So you could definately be styarting the wonderful teething stage!!
