i felt an earthquake about 10 mins ago. Im in porirua up in the hills.

Nope and thank god I didn't hate them with a passion and I don't live that far from the fault line (but I have other issues with that living here).

I felt it! God I hate them!! Checked out the geonet website and it was 4.8 and was centred 20km north of Wellington.

Freaks me out how many there have been lately, Hopefully these small ones in NZ will relieve some pressure or something on the plates so we don't get a BIG one!! But I don't actually know if that is possible or not... am considering sorting out a survival kit though

yea i felt it. im a really jumpy person so my biggest problem is fright. i hate them so much. short and sharp just like that one we got during the night a while back. everyone on my facebook page updated about it too. lol. we're on hutt rd so quite close to the fault line

there was an earthquake just before i went to wellington last time and now Im heading to wellington on tuesday and theres been another one plus the weather is horrrible and windy. two things I hate (the wind cos it makes flying horrible). think i just need to stay away from wellington
