| Pain during different parts of cycle, really bad period pain, constipation, diarreha, heavy period, bloating, fatigue. That was me anyway, bit better after surgery. |

same for me. I was unfortunate enough to have it from when I got my period when I turned 12 (so 16 years now). ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

How do they test for it? ------------- TTC 6 years IVF it is IVF/ICSI round one 10 eggs, 8 mature, 3 fertilised BFN IVF/ICSI #2 = 22 eggs! 20 mature, 15 fertilised, 1 fresh transfer and 2 frosties BFN 2 Frosties still in freezer thank god |

And I would highly recommend getting medical insurance before you go anywhere near a GP if you have these types of symptoms. The public wait for surgery can be 6 months whereas I got in the following week going private. |

I have endo and adeno
I had surgery through the public system and won "the lottery" and ended up having in the private hospital down the road in welly lol It didnt take too long for me to get it about 4-5 months all up, I used to run the pill together so only got periods very 3 monthly as they were so painful. Lap surgery didnt help until I came off the pill and started TTC 4 months ago and NO PAIN SINCE! Im so stoked since Iv been living with the pain every month since i got my period at 12 also, so about 9years now, took them about 6-7years to figure it out and get me a LAP -------------    CHEM 6/12+ |

I just had an op for this - I just kept getting worse and worse period pain, to the point where it was really getting in the road of everyday life. I guess mine would have got worse if I'd left it longer, but since I was already seeing a specialist about PCOS, she was fairly fast in diagnosing it. I had health insurance, and they were really good about covering it. I was a bit worried that they wouldn't, because my Dr did mention in her referal letter that we were trying for a baby, but they were really good about classing it as a medical condition first and foremost (which it is, of course). -------------

wow im not holding out much hope anyways, but good to know, im hoping that if I stay off the pill now it wont come back for a long time, but I know that they couldnt get all of it and it will slowly grow back so I guess its another waiting game for me  ------------- CHEM 6/12+ |
