I think that this labtest/DML saga is buging me. Is it buging you? Here is my story.
So i am one one away from pick up and am having loads of blood tests. So on Saturday, Greenlane Fertility Plus told me to keep going to LT and NOT to DML. As Fert plus is publicly funded.
So off i potter to LT Greenlane Monday morning only to be told i should go to DML! Small strop later they checked witha supervisor and i got me blood test (thankfully, just in time for another scan!)
Went to another LT today, SAME PROBLEM! Tried to get me to go off to DML, forget the fact my form has a URGENT sticker on. Explained myself again, LT reluctantly gave me my test.
Has anyone else had good/bad experience with this change over???

I hear ya!!
This Labtest/DML saga is a pain in the proverbial.
Went to Labtests on Sunday in Mt Wellington as its the only one open on Sundays - not a peep about the change over on Monday so was none the wiser when in went in on Tuesday for another BT.
LT told me that I have to now go to DML which are now few and far between, dont open early and are in stupid locations. I'm in New Lynn so the nearest one is Lincoln Rd.
Luckily for me the lady at New Lynn LT said she would continue to do my BT's until the 2nd Nov when it shifts to DML for good.
I think that LT think that all Fertility tests are with DML - guess there needs to be more clarification from the powers that be!!!

I was lucky I think, I had an appointment at FA on Saturday where they told me it would be changing over on Monday. So if you had to have a BT on the weekend it was LT, and as of Monday DML. Totally agree though, the change over hasn't been managed well! I'm also a bit miffed at how few DMLs there are that can take fertility blood. I'm going to have to go really out of my way too.

Yer, Complete Mismanagement! And it may sound selfish, but these BT are bloody important and i totally resent being dicked around.
Not sure about FA, but avoid Lincoln Road if poss, i live around the corner and they have people (15-20) lining up outside before it opens!
But FPlus have told me to keep at LT, don't take no for an answer, they don't know whats going on sometimes!
