Man what a horrible couple of days. Yesterday Kobe and i were getting bored after being stuck in the house cos of the snow so went to visit my mum. While we were there he had a crash and hit the back of his head really really hard on the coffee table. My poor baby screamed and screamed so after i calmed him down we left and I need to get some groceries cos we had people coming for tea but Kobe just cried the whole way to the mall and so we sat in the carpark while I cried too then came home. I had to clean the house and find something to feed our visitors feeling horrible and then couldnt sleep and was still up at 3am with a horrible headache and feeling sick. Kobe was up at 6.30am and I was feeling really bad still, was all dizzy and yuck so decided to take him to preschool rather than him being home with me grumpy and sick but felt really guilty the whole time. Had a sleep then felt worse cos had a bad low with my diabetes, had to go for a scan which was good then went to pick Kobe up and he has had another crash, this time a huge egg and bruise on his forehead but they dont know how he did it but said he hadnt been crying or anything all day so got to the car and I burst into tears again. Now I was just getting his tea ready and he walked into the corner of a cupboard and has another lump on his head. my poor wee boy is in the wars and I feel so guilty and yuck. Sorry to go on but thats my terrible day, cant wait for it to be over.

no havent taken him to the drs but my BIL is one and my sister is a nurse and I got them to have a quick look at him plus we were at the paed specialist today for something else but they were watching him and I think would have said something if they were concerned. I think he just tries to run rather than walk and is a bit unco like his mum!

My daughter is a bit the same, she just focuses on the destination rather than on actually getting there and runs straight into whatever is in her path! 9 times out of ten she's fine but every now and then she falls hard. Doesn't stop her though!
