What do you make out of it? How do you find the flavour??

Or you have any other interesting starters you could tell me about? I have Kefir, Sourdough and Ginger Beer on my windowsill ATM.

I've never heard of it either lol! Here is what Wiki has to say:

Kombucha is a fermented tea that is imbibed for medicinal purposes, although there is currently no specific scientific information supporting any purported benefits.[1]. Kombucha is available commercially, but can be made at home by fermenting tea using a visible solid mass of microorganisms called a kombucha culture or mushroom.

Yep thats the one Kelly I'm looking for a mushroom. They self-multiply y'see. It makes a healthy, apparently delicious drink so I'm curious to find someone who can give me their opinion on it.

Lisa you're a doll Thanks for checking in your book! I can send you some sourdough starter (along with a no-knead sourdough recipe ) if you're ever interested in trying it out x

Ooh yes please. I have finally found a good multi grain bread recipe as well, but you make up this big mix so its ready to go and just use what you need. It only works in a breadmaker I think cos my MIL doesn't have a breadmaker and it doesn't work for her, but works good in my crappy old breadmaker lol.

I'm still getting it on its feet coz I almost killed it haha but should be good to go in a week. It needs daily feeding of flour and water and you build it up til you have a jar full then just take it as you need it

I'd love your mutligrain recipe?? I've borrowed a breadmaker while I'm preg to do the kneading for stuff. Oh I've got a soooo yummy tortilla recipe too!!!
