how on earth can this be low level - and no naming and shaming ....unbelievable!!! Sad that he gets away with it....but glad the herald put down as much info as possible (kings of leon concert anyone?)

I always get so annoyed when 'the booze made me do it' is used as an excuse for assualt or rape.
It's not considered excusable if you hit someone with your car if you are intoxicated, infact it's a crime to get behind the wheel in the first place! |

Sad that he seems to be getting away with it just because some "high-profile music industry leaders had written [the judge] letters to vouch for the man's character." (as well as the drink made me do it excuse)

Whoever it is he is a disgusting low life and imo the judge made a bad call. He should have been named and shamed. -------------

Yeah Elle you might want to edit your post.
I don't know the full story so I can't really pass any judgement but I hate how he hasn't been named after he was found guilty and that 16 year old who crashed that van and killed a couple of kids was named before she even had the right to a fair trial. |
