Do you mean the ones where most of the photo is in black and white, and a certain selected area is coloured?
Or just basic black and white? -------------

the ones were its black and white with a lil colour i tryed to do it at work today with photoshop but it didint work. is there a web site were you can do it? or how would u do it on photoshop -------------

You can use a free program called GIMP for that.
