Harry has been having solids for about a month now, so far he has had apple, banana, pear, kumara, pumpkin, carrot, baby rice and potato. With every new food, I'd give it to him for a few days before introducing a new one.

How long do I keep doing this for? What about things that have a few ingredients in them like toast, marmite, crackers, biscuits? Do I just give him a small piece for a few days and then try something different?

Thanks, it's all a bit confusing!

It sounds like you're doing really well so far! If you just continue with what you're doing you should be fine - eg toast for a few days, then toast with marmite for a few days....
If there is a family history of allergy to anything, give it a week of feeding that before you try something else new.
