I think its was called... Anyway went to first class this morning, lol. It was quite funny. There was 6 of us and we had to float on our backs and wed keep rolling over. It was really funny. Spent most of the time laughing at ourselves. felt like we were school kids learning to swim. lol. I felt a bit queezy lying on my back so had to stop for a while.
