Has anyone here used 5w (successfully)?
I'm just wondering how much to take, from the googling I've done I found someone saying you take 1/day for week 35, then increase it until 4/day at week 39? However my bottle says 2 tablets three times a day from week 35... Any recommendations? -------------

I built up myself BUT only because I felt it would be better.
I went one tab once a day for the first week, then one tab twice a day in the second week, third week was 1 tab 3 times then the next two weeks I took 2x 3 times a day. It is safe to just go with the instructions on the bottle though according to my midwife. ------------- Mum to Alex (11), Blaire (10) & Erika (8) and Damien (6) Successful HWB VBA2Cs! do you feel it helped?
My midwife has recommended not using anything (and has never heard of 5w) so I'm relying on the recommendation of the lady who runs ourt antenatal class. -------------
