Sure no problems

1 Tbsp Custard powder
¾ C Rice
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cup Boiling water
600ml Milk

Mix dry ingredients, add half milk and water cover and microwave on high for about 4 minutes till boiling. Remove from microwave then stir adding remaining milk. Then microwave on 30% power for around 27 mins stirring at 10 and 20 minutes.

I like to have canned apricots with my rice pudding (just an idea)

Enjoy!!!
