I havent been temping - need to keep TTC as low-key as possible this time round - and I have irregular cycles (luteal phase defect) so I cant pinpoint ovulation from my cycle dates.
I keep track of dates, sometimes get ovulation pain and keep a careful eye on CM.
But I've had fertile looking CM for 4 days now. That cant be right, can it?
Usually its there for 24 - 48 hours and then changes.
I'm so confused!

Normal for it to stay that long? Its CD23 now. When I do ovulate it usually seems to be around CD19.
I'm such a neurotic TTC'er

I ov around Cd21 if you consistantly ov later than Cd21 every cycle then its considered late ovulation

Cd 21 would be the latest to ovulate in a normal cycle
Anything past cd21 is irregular like mine which is a 42 day cycle and I ov on cd 29 which is not normal
So thats why im taking vitex to make my cycle shorter

Hey hun, hope you are well!
My last cycle I had about 10 days of FCM Its not abnormal to get a couple of patches of FCM throughout your cycle as well.
There is no earliest or latest day for ovulation in your cycle so it can be happening now My last 2 have been CD32!
Have you tried vitex and/or B6 for your LPD?

I tried Vitex and for the first time in my life had a "normal" cycle.
Then I developed a horrible allergic reaction so had to stop taking it.

i just googled vitex and im thinking it might help me, is it cheap and how long does one bottle last taking the bare minimum amount per day.
and are the side effects bad? apartg from the bad reaction you had

I cant remember what I paid for my bottle but it was well worth it. I think aside from an allergic reaction which is very rare there arent side effects?

I got mine at the Health 2000 shop.
When I was on it my cycles went from being anything up to 56 days right down to 28 days (and I fell pregnant on it).
