I imagine you could find lots of things on the internet for and against the use of laptops on your lap while preggers.. Personally after seeing a recent clip of a laptop randomly catch on fire, I wouldn't want one on my lap whether I was pregnant or not! hehe

So do I, and my two seem to be fine. Have great visions of myself very pregnant lying in bed with the computer so I don't have to sit at the desk...

I have been using my laptop on my knees or leaning against my tummy throughout my pregnancy and before and i seem to be fine so far.
I have heard some people say they worry but i have never been told that is it bad for you.

I have been using mine but just make sure I rest it on my legs rather than my tummy (for those nice lazy times working in bed!)
I hadn't given it a thought that it could be bad for you.

I've only heard that it's bad for guys and their sperm count if they continuously have it on their laps. But like Pepsi said I'm sure you could find all sorts of arguments for and against (like everything else to do with pregnancy). Personally I go by the "Common sense and Moderation" rule
