Hi,
I have had a cold for about a month now and I am Soooooooooooooooooooo over it. It started as tonsilitus, that has gone, but I have had a stuffy nose for just ages and I never get that, so its driving me nuts, not sleeping, nothing taste good etc etc. anyway I am after any good known remedies that might help shift it, cannot see point in going back to the dr, nothing they can do anyway. -------------

Manuka honey and lemon drinks. Taste horrid but totally work.

If your blocked up you can also add about a teaspoon of fenugreek (they look like little grains of rice, you can get it from bulk bins or health shop) and a piece of fresh ginger to the lemon and honey drink, just don't drink the fenugreek "seeds". ------------- Lisa mummy to Ryan http://www.alterna-tickers.com">
