Hi! We've hardly EVER had problems with leaking nappies, but suddenly today every single one has leaked - the inserts have been absolutely sodden so DD is obviously peeing more today for some reason. Has anyone else had a baby who suddenly started peeing more? Did you increase the amount of inserts or shorten the time bubs was in each nappy for?
I change her before naps and also when she gets up so she is only in a nappy for 2-3 hrs (never more than 3hrs).
I'm not sure if it's just a one off today (she hasn't drunk anymore than usual though) or if babies pee more as they get older? Any advice would be great!
Thanks,
Rachel (ps I was rachel25 but just changed my forum name!)

As the weather gets warmer you will find they drink more therefore pee more. And as they get older they hold on more and let it go at once which is lovely.

All you can really do is add more absorbency if the inserts are truely wet.

We had the same prob Rachel just started a few weeks ago so now i use a flat folded so it fits in the pocket nap (not using the other inserts anymore) and seems to have solved the prob for now and i changed her a bit more now too.

Good idea Ali, may have to start doing that during the day, already use flats in the night nappy and don't get leaks with those

And thanks noodle, hehehe
