| Did anyone watch House last night? It was so disturbing. My hubby walked in on the first bit and said "I can't watch this " and walked out again. I was studying so had it in the background but really wished I had turned it off. ick ick ick. |

ummm, women had seliac (sp) disease which caused a viatmin deficiancy, which in turn caused her to be delusional. She was also stressed with new born baby and having no support from hubby (who was an AA member and started drinking again). She heard voices in her head that were telling her to kill baby and she also had cancer.
Husband caught her in bath having a seziure (don't know if this was put on or not) and baby submerged under water. When she was "better" she then tried to somother baby. Bad synopsis of it, but that was it I think ------------- ">

| I honestly thought i would be sick. When she had cancer in the end, she opted to not have treatment, She wanted to die because she couldn't live with the knowledge that she killed her baby. I was wondering what I would do in that situation. |

Ok, this is off the topic of House but I didnt want to start ANOTHER TV topic! i think le mei had already had the love of her life, so i couldnt see them introducing someone new for her, and as there wasnt many more storylines they could do for her it was time to leave. but still sad to see her die. tonight is compulsory ss viewing! ------------- Lyla - mum to Xanthe - my big 4 year old

Yeah, damn it.
Just wanted to say that I watched House... missed the start of it so didn't see the drowning bit, but definitely held my breath when she was smothering him and when they were using the paddles on Mikey
Still love the show too much to change channels tho

I was upset to see Li-Mei go. I loved her b eing bitchy though. It's nice to have someone direct..although not nice for those people who have to deal with it....although she's only a character so no-one has to deal with her really.

Isnt it wierd how when someone dies in a soap that you watch often you almost feel like you know someone who has died? I was horrified when I saw her die - I thought why did they have to do that? They could have just sent her away to study some surgery thing on the other side of the world...?
