I'd be thinking that....but in saying that I didnt think about it when we were using it....oh....that might be because I put it on after their bath and then they went into sposies so it wasnt an issue.

It does rub into the skin though so it might not leave a residue.

I left the nappy off for a while & I couldn't feel it on his bum after 5 mins so maybe it absorbed all in???

My nappies are all good & don't need stripping so I guess if they need to that will be my answer!

we use a glycerin/cetomacrogol cream on Natalie, and it's been fine with the nappies, but we do use microfleece liners, so I figure it would rub off on that first anyway. I would say if the aqueous cream rinses off your hands easily, then it shouldn't be a problem.
