Hi all,
Does anyone have any recommendations for nursing bras? My last 2 bubbas I just used cheap crappy ones, but this time I want to get a couple of decent ones in the hope that it makes a difference.
TIA

I got a Hot Milk one thinking "yay" and absolutely hated it. Money not well spent.
My ugly Bendon ones were OK - slightly lacy numbers so not too industrial . I found padded cups didn't work for me - my boob would always try and escape under the fastened cup (if that makes sense. It wasn't pretty).
In the end though, I lived in my BF singlets from Farmers. 24-7 for about 7 months . They rocked. Really comfy, and best of all, covered my tummy.

I think brand wise it would depend on your size..

If you have little boobs (A/B/C) then the bonds croptop style nursing bras a re really comfy and offer fair support - much more then the padded bra from bonds.
Nursing singlets are great - I'm like flissty, I wore mine for nearly a year, and would only wear a "nice" bra if I was getting really dressed up for something special.

I had no problems with the singlets even when a large cup (E-F when BF *sigh* those were the days)

I have a fayform one and a HOTmilk one, and definately the hotmilk one is far more comfortable. But I haven't used them for BF yet.

I like Fayreform for bigger sizes. They are expensive but check on trademe - they're available about half the price new. Also a lot of people buy them then don't breastfeed so you can get them 2nd hand but hardly worn.

I love my hotmilk ones, just not the padded style one I have. I've found their sizing to be smaller than other brands, something to be aware of :)

Funny just had to go out and buy some new ones as my boobs are now smaller since DS is having solids. I went from a B cup before I was preggy up to an E cup at the birth. I so wasn't used to the extra movement! I bought two pairs of the bendon ones soft cups but felt these were not supportive enough. Today I asked the bra lady and she recommended Triumph, far better and a lot more support (now down to a DD), totally recommend the Triumph ones. I only buy two in each new size as I figure they are just going to shrink more now. In a nursing bra I am all for support vs the look, I am trying to minimize the sag look post BF

I can't remember who it was, but they recommended womama's for small boobies, but looking at them, they are a really full cup, so i'm not sure if they would fare well at all for us less fortunate. Any ideas?

I've found the Bub2b maternity bras great. You get them from K-Mart. They have cute ones and you can get sexy ones too. They also do matching briefs for the sexy ones as well. They are really comfy too.
