So do I! We ate at Mum and Dad's so they have all the leftovers
We are having Mac and Cheese with bacon in it and veges, not to exciting but nice and easy

chinese rice risotto from the box with all the cut up bbq meat that was left over from xmas day mixed in! YUM YUM YUM! Oh and then a whole pavlova.

Roast lamb, fresh veges from the garden and plum duff for pudding. Staying with my folks and the in laws are coming. Yum, yum . And I probably won't even have to do the dishes!

We went out and I had a nice smoked chicken and bacon fettuchini and hubby had panfried fish and chips with a supposed salad (wasnt even a tiny grated carrot). And McKayla had some of my pasta, nuggets and chips. And Andrew had some pasta and a few chippies.

Spaghetti bolognaise
Pasta sauce includes: tons of garlic, onion, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, beans, cauliflower and grated cheese
Also a jar of raguille (sp) mushroom pasta sauce
1 tin of chopped tomatoes and fettucine pasta

I ended up having an omelette with ham, cheese and spinach, Isla had McD's earlier on the way home from the beach, and DH had leftover mac cheese, lol!

We just had scrambled eggs. It's way too hot to cook for longer than ten minutes!
Last night we had filled rolls - salad, salami, your choice of 2 types of hummus or mayo, beetroot, cheese if you can be bothered cutting it... Man I might have to go make a roll now!

Though one of my favourite dinners lately in baked beans on toast with a fried egg. So yummy!

We had tortilla wraps with carrot, cheese, egg, spinach and hummus with fat free sausage and some sweet corn. Lazy meal!
