Who has them already and wants to share??

I have a few this year:

  • Cull my FB friends list - I have far too many friends of friends there I can get rid of.
  • get my wedding rings back on my fingers and for them to feel comfortable on there (they currently don't fit my fat fingers).
  • Enjoy wine instead of downing it

Cut out junk food.
Choose the healthy option everytime.
Be more careful with my money.

Main goal is to try and get my (.) (.) back to their pre preg size by March so that a dress I want to wear to a wedding fits better round the bust. May be a bit of a long shot

To be competition ready by the time Elias is 1 year old .. that gives me six months to lose another 20 kgs.

To put aside 30 minutes before bed to talk to DH (really talk - not the hurried chit chat we do while trying to do the feed, bath, bed routine)

To enjoy each day and realise how blessed I am.

Well its the new year and I'm still not in bed. I should head that way soon. I just thought I would add mine to the list.

  • Take the dog for a walk at least once a week

  • Make different meal at least once a month, I too have so many cook books I don't use

  • Stop eating sooooo much crap!

  • GO BACK TO KARATE! I have taken a whole year off now!!

Last year I made once resolution and that was to stop drinking energy drinks. I haven't had once since. I suppose immediately getting pregnant with the girls helped that one though!

Oh I didn't know this was here! I figure if it's still January its not too late to do a new years resolution!

Stop cracking my knuckles.
Get my hair cut regularly (I haven't had it cut in over a year, am now in a panic to get it cut before wedding in 18 days as the ends are horrible!) so every 6months would be nice
Stick to a budget for DF and I

I got some more ideas off this thread

Onceevery 6 months? SHeesh, I am cut and coloured after 6-8weeks and that is a long enough wait for me.

Mine is to give up chocolate. None at all, not even milos and they are too much like chocolate. I have happily made it to day 5 with no problem or cravings.

I will exercise more often - running to get my parcel from the courier doesn't count.

I will cook one brave new meal a fortnight.

I must take more time off for personal maintenance (my regrowth is shocking and my nails are chipped as I type...)

I will visit somebody I haven't seen in far too long at least once a month.

I don't normally do resloutions but have some this year:

- Drink the good Champagne instead of saving it til it goes off! (Better to "waste" a $100 bottle of bubbles on a non-occaison, than to save it for 3 or 4 years then tip it down the drain cos its gone off!!!!)

- Don't buy lollies (currently eat them daily!!!)

- Have one TV / computer free night a week

- When I finish breastfeeding - start exercising again

And I would love to put "get more organised at home" but I have some doubts it will happen, so will leave it off ......
