Definitely don't take one. I remember worming my DD & I wasn't allowed to take one.

Definately talk to your doctor first, it does state they are not for pregnant women on most worm tablets, or to seek advice first. I wouldnt take one as a precaution. Only if you end up needing to take them. I was the unlucky recipient courtesy of my darling daughter of worms early in this preg and I had to resort to fastidious washing of all bed linen every day for weeks to get rid of them, my doctor and midwife both recommended I didnt take worm tabs unless it became absolutely unbearable. Which it kind of did, but then like I mentioned I got rid of them myself.

Noooo don't take it - I got worms earlier in my pregnancy and there was nothing that the pharmasist could recommend that was safe.
BUT a natural remedy you can try is Malcolm Harker Verm-Expel if you can find it at a health shop, it tastes revolting but you can mix it with fruit juice or something. It's really good and about the only thing that I found that was safe. Everything over the counter was not proven safe in pregnant animals, so def not good for humans.
Having worms and not having them treated can be very damaging though, so definitely don't just leave them. I too found myself in the awkward position of not being able to use anything but having them, so thank God for the natural stuff.
Hope this helps!

I asked at my chemist because I def had worms and they said they dont reccomend taking them unless you need them - I took them and had no problems.

If you are unsure then ask your GP but I would reccomend not taking them unless you need them

Bubie- i know nothing about your actual question but wanted to say one of the many things that i have learnt while on OHbaby is there is no embarrasing questions! if you are wondering about something there will be at least one other person out there wondering the same thing

Bubie... I have read that eating pumpkin seeds gets rids of worms naturally... there is something in them that paralyses them...

Shezzey, that is really interesting! I think I'm going to try that next time it happens to me...

Ginger is also supposed to be good (or bad really) for worms. A good excuse to eat ginger crunch - yum yum
