That DH got a vasectomy :) He is currently sleeping it off.
Somehow I feel this is all my fault, and can't stop crying. He is lying there all drugged up and I know he is in pain. It is the right decision and happy that he has done it, but have some guilt. I am only 10 weeks pregnant with our 2nd, but know that I can't deal with any more pregnancies even if something goes wrong. It will be good to have a real life story to tell him (hopefully a nice one!) |

You know, I'm sure he also consented to getting his tubes cut! Don't worry, he'll be over it soon. And (not that I've been through it) but I'm sure it's a lot quicker/easier to recover from a vas than childbirth! ------------- Mum to two wee boys |

And it's a less invasive surgery than having your tubes tied. He'll feel better soon. I'm sure it's normal to feel a bit like this when a loved one is in pain. -------------

I think my DH's snip must have been the 'no scalpel' version, he drove himself there, had the proceedure and then went off to work!!!
