My four month old as started to roll onto her stomach to sleep. She is sleeping in a pillowcase/sleeping bag thing. Should I be worried? Should I be rolling her back onto her back? Or should she be fine?
Any advise would be great thanks.

I sleep my little man on his tummy. I would say as long as she has good head control she'll be fine. She's possibly rolling onto her tummy cause it's more comfy.
The way I look at it, I personally can't sleep on my back cause it's not comfy, so don't expect my baby to either.
Just my opinion though.

Are her hands free if she needs / wants them for whatever reason?
My DD started rolling onto her tummy in her sleep a couple of weeks ago, and so we went cold turkey from a fitted swaddle / wrap and into a lightweight sleeping bag, as I just wasn't comfortable with her still being in the wrap if she was going to roll - plus I couldn't be arsed with a safety sleep tbh!
I agree, if she has sufficient head control / neck strength, she should be OK - and you have to be comfortable with it too IYGWIM.

As long as you are comfortable with it, and she has good head control. My DS slept on his tummy from a young age, now he is 10 months and sleeps where ever he likes, when he is in a deep sleep he is always on his tummy.....
Im the same though hate sleeping on my back so why should he...

My girl sleeps on her tummy too, she rolls over as soon as I put her into the cot. The first couple of times I rolled her back over once she was asleep but then realised she was obviously more comfy on her tummy. I told my Plunket nurse about it and she wasn't worried at all.
I don't think you should be worried, as long as she can move her head if she needs to she will be fine.

My boy sleeps on his tummy. I'd say as long as her arms aren't wrapped she should be fine I slept on my tummy from day 1... and I'm ok I think....
