Is the second one cotton?
I got DH an England shirt that was 100% cotton (I'm pretty sure that was our second anniversary) so maybe a rugby shirt or if he isn't into sports another nice shirt that is 100% cotton. -------------

I bought DH a set of golf clubs from the Herald shopping website for $99!! Stoked 
I like cuppatea's idea of a shirt though, your DH would think of you everytime he wore it
