Anyone recommend books that would help prepare for a VBAC?

There's a bunch of books linked to on http://www.drmomma.org/2009/09/vbac-hbac-vbamc-resources.html - this post , and I'm also going to get the http://www.thepinkkit.com/ - Pink Kit as there's a specific module on VBACs. (See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-j-_6I55rWI - this YouTube video if you haven't heard of the Pink Kit.)
I know this wasn't part of your question, but I'm also considering http://www.calmbirth.org.nz/offer.php - calmbirth classes, as I tried hypnobirthing last time but found it a bit too airy fairy for me, and have had calmbirth recommended as giving the same practical benefits without being quite so 'new age' (may have just been the practitioner I had that made me feel that way though). -------------
