Alright, I am currently in the process of setting up my website. At the moment what I have so far is ok but I was wondering if there was a simple way to create just a .com address without the page being covered in advertisements.
How much is reasonable to be paying per year? At the moment my site is with webs.com and I think there is a way of getting my own domain name, but before I decide to do anything I would like to have some idea what I need to know... TIA :) -------------

No idea personally, but my DH has his own server/hosting/website palava (plus it's his job) and reckons that somewhere around $160US per year is a good deal (for own .com domain name plus hosting etc for a low traffic site), but that would obviously be with the DIY website design etc (as you no doubt know!  ) Apparently if your traffic is mainly NZ based, there are cheaper options also.
Can I also add just how talented you are! Your pics on FB are amazing -------------
