Well hopefully...
So i saw three real estate agents and have gone with the last guy i saw. He comes over on Friday and we will sign up and see what happens from there! next step i think might be to call the bank, cause i have no idea how it works if we want to buy another place straight away. 
I like my little house, it served its purpose and it saw all three kids as babies... My cat is buried in the garden under the tree - which i might add only flourished once we built a fence. It hosted the big 5 yr old party complete with bouncy castle, it has xmas memories with mum attached to it too... yet i also hate my little house, its getting smaller the bigger the kids get, being so close to the neighbour drives me batty and her thing about the driveway! Change is good Biz!

Good luck with the sale!
You'll make new family memories at your new house, and although you won't live in this one anymore it doesn't mean that the great memories of the time that you spent there go away. |
