I have a lump on my head, behind my ear but not directly. It is pea shaped and hard and I have headaches from that area too. Sore to touch - like a bruise Anyone else had this and can tell me that is something minor?
don't really want to go to the doctor and them to say it's a huge zit or something.

There are glands that come up behind you ears that when really swollen are pea shaped and hurt like a bruise when you touch them.

Its probably a blind pimple or an infected hair follicle or something really minor to do with the skin, especially at this time of the year. The headache thing is probably coincidental - and maybe a little bit cause you are aware of the lump too it noticeable when you get a headache from there.
If it lasts more than 2 weeks, or gets worse, or forms a scab - not like a pimple head - but a scab then get it checked out.
Depends how low down your neck is I guess

NOT that I'm googling, cos that's bad, it can be a sign of virus and may well just disappear as the virus goes away.
If I was you, I'd ring healthline at some point and talk to them (hopefully they don't also rely on Dr Google!)
