I use the Thompsons 1000mg.. I use it cos it's 1000mg rather than 400mg (natures way)... I tried the tincture and it didn't work for me but maybe I wasn't taking the right dose. There are some really expensive ones that apparently have higher levels of active ingredient which I think I will try next cycle... most brands don't even state how much active ingredient they have  ------------- mum to 3 lovely girls :D |
