I haven't cooked with quinoa but I just had a look on the Healthy Food Guide website and they have a few recipes tor quinoa

I cook mine in a microwave rice cooker - took a few goes to get the water ratio right though - start out treating it just like rice and see how it goes (I think we use 2 quinoa to 3 water). I've only once cooked it on the stove top and it was a gluggy mess (totally over cooked it)
