I hope its not too late

2.5 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp of oil
3/4 cup of warm water

Combine dry ingrediants in a bowl or food processor. add the oil and then gradually add enough warm water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 mins and leave the dough to rest.

Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces and roll eacht o about 20 cm across
Cook them quickly in a very hot oiled pan for 30-60 seconds until they bubble and start to brown turn over and cook the other side. When they are cooked wrap in a damp teatowel to keep them soft .

Thanks for posting this - inspired me to make tortilla's for dinner tonight! I never realised they were so easy/economical to make!

I substituted 100g plain flour for wholemeal, yum!!!!
