I know this is something that would seem pretty common sense, and that I will admit I was aware of BUT wouldn't have thought of myself - which was putting some lavender oil essence on my pillowcase to help me sleep. Kaz suggested it to me yesterday I think, because I had mentioned I've been struggling to 'switch off' for those catch-up sleeps, tried it - and it worked like a charm ! Probably used a bit much, but oh well, at least I won't have to put any more on for a while LOL

Hey, another wee gem is having a long hot bath with some J&J baby lavender bath stuff. mmmmmmmmm. I still do that at night. *sigh* ------------- The Honest Un PC Parent of 2, usually stuck in the naughty corner! :P |
