Her first bath at home with Daddy at the helm, although she quite likes showers too ! Erin and mummy trying out our new sling. I bought one prior to her being born, but found it too awkward - one of the midwives in hospital makes them and I've found this style heaps easier to use - it's just like a big tube of fabric, kind of. Erin just having a wriggle around on the spare bed in the office. And last but not least, Erin fast asleep on our very first outing today - a 15 minute walk up the road to a nice cafe for lunch. She did really well, only cried a little bit - but everyone at the cafe thought she was pretty cute, and she settled after a bit of a cuddle with dad. It rained on the way home but luckily we had a cover with us ! Anyway, these were taken when we met up with friends on Fathers Day - they were leaving the next day to go back to the UK, and so we had lunch in the lounge at the Crowne Plaze where they had been staying the last couple of nights. I'm quite sad that they're gone, they used to live just down the road and we got on *so* well, we met through antenatal class and were the only couple we'd kept in touch with.
