Has anyone used this product? Am looking for a good soother for DD.

She really enjoys watching TV (cricket esp -!!! ) as the lights seem to keep her calm. Plus I have noticed when she has something to look at in the stroller she drifts of to sleep. I thought the lights and ripple effect of the aquarium might help sooth her when she is unsettled in the evening.

Anyone find this a useful product? do the lights eventually turn off?

She's 7 months would it be problem introducing it at this stage?

My DD loved it! think she was 6 months when we got it (from a school fair for $2!) as she was over her tiny love mobile... it was great... there is different settings with sea sounds or music and with or without lights I think (was a wee while ago) ..

I hope she's enjoying the cricket right now! (if she's awake :P )
I found our aquarium made lots of grindy noises as the things moved. Thomas didnt like it. What about one of those star thingees that shine up on the walls and ceiling and move?

The aquarium is awesome!   It was a well worth purchase I got ours when bubs was about 3 months old. Its great as it goes for about 17 minutes (unlike the wind up ones that go for about 3 minutes) - so hopefully bubs has gone off to sleep. It comes with a remote as well so you don't have to go back into the room to set off again (so bubs doesn't get excited to see you!).   Bubs is just over 16 months and we are still using it - and she can set it off herself. I have mainly just used the music function. My one doesn't seem to make a lot of grinding noises - I have seen the earlier model which did though.

our twins LOVED it, and still would if mummy would remember to replace the batteries. They like turning it on at night and it would soothe them both back to sleep.
