When did your children first go to the dentist?

I filled out the form with Plunket over a year ago , never heard anything back.

At Toddler Day Out I spoke to a lady at the dental stand ,she seemed to think we'd been lost in the system. Filled out another form and they called today. I rang back and asked why she hadn't been seen yet and was told ''we're busy and theres a waiting list'' the woman the acted like I was some kind of nutcase for pushing for an appointment.

Has anyone else had issues with this ?

That seems slack, but then I dont live in Auckland! Isla has been seen each year near her birthday, at a mobile clinic that parks up at the local primary school.

We got lost in the system too! Lucy was not seen until after her B4 School Check. They looked at Rosa's teeth at the same time, and advised us that we would get anual follow up appt's in the mail.

Fingers crossed that once your in the system you can't get lost again!

Daniel hasn't been seen, I've filled in that form twice and heard nothing and everytime I try and ring I get no response.
