So i have seen this advertised lots, and i know that there are a couple of people who do this (been stalking the weight loss thread ) so i was just wondering is it worth spending money on the DVDs so i can do them at home.

I need some exercise and i get really bored walking!

I would appreciate your thoughts and comments.

Thanks

Laura

hmm, sorry, can't help you but had kinda wondered that myself (it looks fun!) Really can't afford it atm though.

Just a thought. There is the complete DVD set unused on TM at the moment for $100 closing in half an hour... Not sure how that compares to the original price.

Oh, and Cameron has a really cood bday (same as mine) Congrats too.

Oh Kicker Congrats on your little man......hes sooo adorable (clucky lady here), man your so keen, Cameron is only 9days old and your already back into it..........GO YOU

If i had it I would try burning a copy and post to you but Ive been buying WII personal trainer games etc.......i reckon NZ should bring back a daily 30mins exercise on TV at a regular time, kinda like aerobics oz style many moons ago.......and chop n change the type of work outs.......ie combat, dance step etc

Also Kicker to save postage, Warehouse is currently selling for $149

OT - Congrats ... What a lovely pic of the two girls!

Now back OT - Zumba looks fun to me (I dont go as I dont have the time atm) .. anything that gets you moving has got to be good and with your sports background, at least you would have relatively good co ordination!

Oh and KICKER love your little girls name. My niece has the same name my sister and her partner wanted to spell it differently so people wouldn't automatically assume she was a boy so I suggested Kamryn... which they loved. Shes now 1.

OH Kicker Im really sorry !!! SHES adorable!!! LOL If it makes you feel any better my little guy got "she" and "her" all day while out today

Kate - someone has inside information at the warehouse.....

MOS - whats the deal with our EA sports not having any AB work outs?? Hello is the part i need to focus on at the moment.......will have to dust off the ab king pro

Tishy - Im really enjoying the WII work outs, although my remote and nunchuck is playing up so very frustrating when my person is supposed to be running around a trak and im going hard out but my person not moving meaning i have to go extra long cos of stupid remote.
Oh and they make me do tones of squats so have had sore muscles and i really dont like squats but you cant get away with doing it half pie...or it wont go to next exercise.....keeps ya honest

Oh well that's why I've never heard of it... I only read parenting magazines and I generally don't watch much TV. Especially in the daytime, cos I'm studying full-time, so I never see infomercials.

Will check out the link...

It's basically salsa dancing. I want to do Zumba, but thats just cos I already do a burlesque class and a hip hop dance so I need to do something else haha. I prefer classes because it's something I can actually GO to rather then the gym. The gym is boring, no motivation for the gym.

Three Deals had Zumba classes for $4 or something

Hi can people let me know if they go to any Zumba classes in West Auckland and if so, what costs and nights they are? I need something affordable and my husband is just working which nights he is going to work, and I could make sure he's at home the night I go to Zumba - I have heard it's really fun by everybody that goes!
